Free Consultation
The process begins with a free initial consultation, where we review the details of your case, evaluate your injuries, and discuss your legal options. We’ll explain your rights and answer any questions you have, helping you understand the potential for your case.
Investigation & Evidence Gathering
Once you choose to work with us, we start gathering evidence to support your claim. This includes reviewing medical records, accident reports, witness statements, and any other relevant documentation. Our team will also consult with experts, if necessary, to build a strong case.
Demand Letter & Negotiation
After gathering the necessary information, we’ll send a demand letter to the at-fault party or their insurance company, outlining the details of your case and the compensation you're seeking. We will then engage in negotiations to secure a fair settlement on your behalf. We are committed to achieving the best possible outcome without the need for a trial, though we are always prepared to take your case to court if necessary.
Filing a Lawsuit
If a fair settlement cannot be reached through negotiation, we will file a lawsuit on your behalf. This step formally initiates the legal process in court. We will prepare all necessary documents and represent you throughout the litigation process, ensuring that your case is presented as strongly as possible.
Discovery & Pre-Trial Motions
During the discovery phase, both sides exchange evidence and information related to the case. This may include depositions, interrogatories, and subpoenas. Additionally, we will file pre-trial motions to address any legal issues or disputes before the trial begins.
Trial
If your case goes to trial, we will represent you in court, presenting evidence, calling witnesses, and making persuasive arguments to the judge and jury. We will fight for your rights every step of the way.
Settlement or Verdict
At any point during the process, a settlement may be reached. If not, the trial will result in a verdict. If the jury or judge rules in your favor, we will work to ensure that you receive the compensation you are owed.
Post-Trial & Appeal (if necessary)
If a favorable verdict is reached, we’ll assist with the collection of your awarded damages. If the outcome isn’t what you expected, we’ll discuss the possibility of an appeal and your options moving forward.
